Before Roe v. Wade, thousands of women died from unsafe and illegal abortions. Using stark and powerful imagery, this ad warned that we must never go back. It was credited with recruiting NARAL’s first core constituency and establishing the organization as a national, credible and powerful defender of a woman's right to choose. |
